Round Two [SKAILOR]

Kristina had a hard time sleeping but she somehow managed to pull through before she sighed. She had been at the cemetery and ran into three people. She pushed it from her mind, only one was on her mind right now and even though she forgave him she still made it a habit not to go out of her way to run into them either. She put on a purple long sleeve shirt with blue jeans before going out the door with her phone and wallet in hand. She headed straight towards the Chaser gym, when she got to the pool area she noticed there were people inside. She wasn't in a rush, though as soon as everybody cleared out she locked the door and stood near the edge of the pool, forcing it to move as she moved her hand around. She wanted to get a good grip of it, make it one with her so that she could use the water for a shield like purpose.

She closed her eyes knowing that nobody would be in to interrupt her as she moved the water with her hands. No she wasn't a student, yes they were nice enough to let her practice here anyway. Thoughts of joining had crossed her mind but she had yet to switch schools. She yawned as she opened her eyes, causing the water to move up, before allowing it to fall back down. It made a huge splash but that didn't matter because she was the only one in here right? It took so much energy to move that amount of water and she found herself in a need of a break, she took a few steps back from the edge before bending her knees to sit down on the ground. She looked over at the water and smiled, finding it home now, since her brothers were dead her water element was one of the few things to keep her going.

Skailor gave a yawn and walked with his hands behind his head, with no where to go in particular. Per usual. His classes for becoming a chaser were done for the day, but to be honest being back in school was rather annoying. He was too old for this stuff. He knew it would benefit him though, since he would be able to fully control his powers, but man was it tough dragging yourself to classes. His sister would be proud, he didn't skip any of them. She wouldn't have to give him that look she usually did.

Deciding what to do with himself now, he decided he could cool off with a dip. This place had a pool after all, may as well make good use of it. Taking a breath his thought of his place, popping back in there to change into some swim trunks and a t-shirt, then he popped back to the school. He had been to the pool once before, but decided it would be better to walk through the door than potentially over shooting and teleporting himself into the water. Much to his dismay though, this plan would be foiled.

Reaching the doors to the pool, he pulled them gently, only to discover it was locked. He was certain it wasn't time for the pool to close already, it was too early for that. Most people would give up and try again another time, but not stubborn ol' Skai. No. He wanted to swim, he needed this swim. It was something to clear his mind after the fiasco yesterday. First he made a fool of himself then it got all weird and involved with other people. Ah, no time to dwell on that. Right now he needed this swim to clear his head.

With an annoyed sigh, he decided he would just attempt to teleport. Picturing the inside of the pool area, he vanished from where he stood and reappeared on the other side. "Alright!" He exclaimed a little too early. He had made it onto the dry land, but over shot it by a little bit. He was standing on the very edge of the pool losing his balance, next to some girl who was in there staring at the water. Wait. She was that girl. Crap.

SPLASH! Into the water Skailor fell, probably sending water the girl's way in his wake. Seriously, what was it with making a fool of himself in front of this chick?! Resurfacing from the water and taking in a breath, he wiped water from his face removing the glasses he didn't actually need. Pulling himself out of the pool, he looked at Kristina, "We gotta stop meeting like this." With a sigh, he ran both hands through his hair to get the wet mess out of his face. Thankfully he was wearing swim shorts so that was fine, but now his t-shirt was soaked too. Pulling it off of him, he began to squeeze it out, grumbling a little under his breath.

"Why was the damn door locked anyway?" That came off a bit harsh, but he was rather irritated. If it hadn't been locked he wouldn't have had to teleport into the place, and none of this fiasco would have happened.

Kristina hadn't heard anybody trying to come in but shortly after sitting down to look at the water she had seen him, one minute it was empty air the next he was standing there. She heard him too and she just sat there instead of moving even though he was clearly falling into the pool. It was safe enough, it wasn't like the water was moving right this second. He fell into the water and the water splashed her in the process, did she move? No. Though she wasn't dressed to get wet so one had to wonder why she was sitting so close. She pulled out her phone to make sure it still worked before shoving it back into her pocket.

She was pulled from her thoughts when he came up for air, his comment came as he pulled himself out of the pool. She then asked, "Meeting like what?" Of course she knew what he was talking about. He looked like he was dressed to go swimming, she on the other hand was fully clothed still. She was surprised he got his glasses wet if he didn't need them to see all the time. He was trying to shake the hair from his face before grabbing his t-shirt off to squeeze the water out of it. "Because I'm in here." She answered him back, she slowly stood up from the edge before looking back at the pool.

"What are you doing in here? I locked the door for a reason." She answered him back, tempted to give him a good enough reason for the door being closed but decided against it. She had a thought and she was going to use it, why not, since he was in here she might as well get some fun. She bent her knees as she hovered over the water before sticking her hand in the water before throwing it over towards him, her goal to get him and his shirt wet again. "Now that we got that settled." She stated as if she had won something. "Why are you here again?"

Clearly she had got him wet for pure attention, knowing she was somewhat wet herself though with her phone and wallet in her pocket she had her fingers crossed he wouldn't be foolish enough to return the favor. She wasn't about to give those stuff up anytime soon either. She allowed him to ponder her words as she slowly moved away from the pool, choosing to not be near the edge seeing as he had come in here to do something. "If you came to swim.... go a head, I won't stop you."

I really doubt he understands the meaning of my words.... I wonder if he will get in the pool.... I wonder if he realized more water hit him than a normal person should have been able to splash. A small innocent smile was on her lips as she waited, waited for him to make his next move. She wasn't planning on taking any extra action right now. Though she hadn't exactly answered his question about why the door was locked.

Choosing to be as vague as possible because she didn't feel a great desire to share that information with him. The door was locked because I was practicing my water element.... I know you don't know about that but it is okay for now....

Skai only snorted at her answer about the door being locked because she was in here. That wasn't even a real answer and that was annoying. Why was she always trying to be like that. He kept his piercing blue eyes on her, watching her actions as if that would tell him why she locked the door just because she was in here. Why the hell was she even in here anyway?! I mean the girl is fully clothed, there is no way she came here with the intention of swimming. Unless that was some weird new swimsuit craze, which he doubted because he would have heard about it from his sister.

As she retorted his question by asking what he was doing in here after she specifically locked the door he huffed. "Came for a swim to clear my mind. Besides, I knew it was too early for the pool to be closed for a real reason." He continued to squeeze his shirt out in hopes of drying it, oblivious to her kneeling down by the water once again. By the time he did notice it was too late, water came flying at him, splashing everywhere. His shirt was wet again, his hair was in his face again, and his look probably resembled one of a cat who just got unexpectedly wet. Tossing his shirt to the ground giving up on it, he wiped his face free of water and ran his hands through his hair again.

"Hey, if you wanna see me without my shirt on that bad, just ask me to leave it off next time." Skailor teased in retort to her splashing. He took note of the fact that she stepped away from the water, probably not wanting him to send her into the pool. He was also trying to take note of her hands, how the hell did she splash so much water at him?! She must have like man hands or something. Or maybe she had scoops for hands. Or like, webbed fingers or something. It never once crossed his mind that it could possible a power of hers, he hadn't thought that deep in to it.

Staring at her once again with his blue eyes her asked, "So you gonna tell me the actual reason you locked yourself in here? Or do I need to get it outta ya?" He paused for a moment and ruffled up his hair. It was starting to dry out, and he didn't want it to dry in a slicked back style. He needed to have his usual messy bed head. He placed his wet shirt, wet towel and wet glasses into a pile and stretched his arms across his chest. Once in one direction, and again in the other direction. Finally adding on, "You aren't the only one who can make splashes." Of course he meant it entirely in the way of tossing her into the pool, or teleporting up high to cause a huge cannon ball splash, and not so much in the way of powers, which he obviously was clueless about.

Kristina found herself staring back at him, she knew he didn't like her answer but that was the one she had given to him anyway. He seemed to be looking at her outfit, she wasn't dressed to be near the pool area. One normally went swimming but that wasn't what she was here for.... not right now anyway. She waited for him to answer her question, she found herself smiling. "Well you are able to go swimming now." She answered him back clearly willing to let him in the pool if he wanted it that badly. He didn't seem to notice her kneeling to pick up the water to splash him until the last second though, the end result was priceless.

His appearance, hair in his face with it being messy, his shirt now once more wet after he had gotten all of the water out of it. She couldn't hold back her smile as she saw him toss the shirt on the ground before whipping his hair out of his face. She covered her mouth as if to hide her smile before frowning him his comment. "No.... this is much sweeter." It was true, she was really enjoying herself not. Having moved away from the edge to avoid being next to the water, she found herself watching him as he seemed to be trying to figure out how she had gotten him with so much water. I suppose you didn't think I could have water as my power right? Oh this will be so much fun....

His words proved to be up to no good unless she flat out told him why she was in here. "I'm not going out of my way to tell you anything. So if you must get it out of me by all means... do what you must." She figured since she wasn't near the pool edge anymore she would have enough time to walk out before he could do anything to her but she found herself looking at him when he ruffled his hair, it looked so much better that way. She watched him play his shirt, towel, and glasses all in a pile as he started stretching. "I believe you." She answered him back, which was her cue to leave before he had a chance to get her wet.

Skailor narrowed his eyes as she felt the need to come back at his own retorts. Sure, he could go swimming now, but now he was personal. She had been the cause of him being wet... TWICE. It wasn't as simple as just taking her offer and going ahead with his swim anymore, oh no. Now he had to know what she was doing in here that was so private she needed to lock the door. Not to mention she wasn't dressed for a swim in the least. She was toying with him, obviously, and he couldn't let her win. Not again anyway, not this time.

As she retorted his shirtless comment, he only smirked, "So, you admit it. You were trying to get my shirt off. Not surprised I guess. The quiet ones are always the freakiest." He wiggled his eyebrows up and down suggestively, teasing her for nothing more than a rise out of her. She always tried to appear so calm and blank. Like some kind of robot. At least the few times he's had such interesting run ins with her anyway. She was a hard girl to read, but it was obvious by now that when he reacted, she did.

As she denied his negotiation demands to tell him exactly why she locked the door causing his fiasco, he only shook his head and sighed with a shrug. "Really, I tried to warn you. I tried to be a nice guy and give you a chance to surrender." He taunted her a bit before realizing that she was just watching him, but he recognized that look. He had seen it when he first met her. That flighty look that she was going to escape soon, and she was. Really what was it with this girl and running away. That was usually his job. Really, he only did so in losing battles, but this was one he was certain he could win. Or at least even the score out. Calling after her he said, "Oh no you don't!" He called after her as she began to turn away to leave.

Thinking quickly, he teleported himself in front of her, "Where do you think you're running off to Cinderella? The ball isn't over yet." Reaching out, he pulled her into his arms, wrapping them around her smaller frame in a hug like manner and in the blink of an eye instead of near the door they were a few inches above the water, falling with a splash into it. Sure this got him wet again too, but hey he was dressed for swimming and all his stuff was on the side now. The point was she was now soaking wet in return for his own dunking. Resurfacing from the water, he waited for her to come up too before laughing,"Really, I tried to warn you. Now, gonna tell me what you were doing?" Though he thought it was quite funny, he watched her reaction and expression carefully. He would have to make his own run for it if she got too upset about anything. He wasn't about to stick around for making a girl cry, or getting beaten up by one for that matter. His sister would have his throat.

Kristina found herself surprised that he wasn't going swimming yet, figuring he had something else on his mind. She couldn't have been more correct on the subject. His smirk from her comment made her look a different way. "Get it off? When you came in here the first thing you did was go splash. All I did was help make it plausible." Though she had to admit, he did look better with a shirt off. Oh boy.... I got to quit looking.... She was having a hard time not going red in the face. Stop, stop, stop.... She managed to keep her face looking normal but it felt hot in there. His words went in one ear and out the other. She didn't think he would do anything to her and so she would be able to get out in one piece.

His words went in her ears and next thing she knew he was standing in front of her. His words while standing in front of her made her roll her eyes, as she stepped back he reached out and grabbed her, pulling her into his arms. She struggled but wasn't able to get out of his grip as he teleported, she found herself clinging to him just as they were above the water by a few inches and they fall in with a splash. Why'd I have my phone and wallet in my pocket again? She thought to herself as she slowly came back up for air. Her hair was in front of her face as she tried deciding if she would be mad over this or not. I should have expected something like this to have happened....

His words went in her ears as she chose to not fix her hair right this moment. Instead she ignored him and swam to the edge of the pool, pulling out her phone she set it on the edge before pulling out her wallet to do the same. It is a good thing I have money to spend, i'll replacing those would be so much worse.... She turned, brushing her fingers in her hair to push it out of her face one would notice that blank expression again. Seeing as he realized the mistake of getting her wet while she had a cell phone and wallet in hand, one could easily assume she was angry.

But deep down that was far from the case, she started laughing in stead. "Is that all you got?" She once more cupped some water, as it was coming up she added an extra kick to splash him again with a load of water. "You'll have to continue prying that information from me...." It was clear she wasn't upset after all, just finding this to be just as funny as he had planned it to be.

Skailor couldn't help but laugh when Kristina resurfaced and her hair was all in her face. That must have been what he looked like after getting out of the pool as well. He was surprised she hadn't doubled over in laughter at the time, because really it was a hilarious look to be sporting. He continued to laugh as she saw to the edge of the pool, but the laughing subsided as she pulled out her phone and wallet and set them down on the dry land at the edge of the pool.

He suddenly felt bad, since he was pretty sure her phone was destroyed, though her wallet would at least be salvageable, if she wanted to keep it. As she turned to face him she brushed the hair out of her face, Skai froze watching her next move. Was she mad? Most girls would get mad. He knew his sister would have a cow, and a horse, and a goat, and a whole farm if he had done something like that to her. She would pout and whine and probably give him an earful. Not that Kristina seemed the type to pout, or whine. Maybe give him an earful though, definitely punch him. Maybe he should prepare to run.

As he thought about all his options available to him though, she did something he wasn't expecting... She started laughing. She thought it had been funny too, and even went as far as to taunt him that, that move was weak. She gave him another splash, another wave of water washed over him. As he wiped the water from his face, she mentioned needing to continue his 'torture' method to get the information out of her. This was new. At least for him. Maybe this was how she normally acted when people didn't kick rocks at her or graves of people close to her.

"Oh do I now? I'm not sure you want to challenge me." Skailor gave her a confident grin. He still hadn't quite figured out how this girl was managed to make such huge splashes of water at him. He'd have to investigate further, but on the down low of course. First things first, he'd have to see her hands somehow.

Swimming over to her, he began swimming circles around her, like a shark circling his pray. "You know, if you keep splashing me I may just have to get serious." Though the words were menacing, his tone was playful and so was his grin. Lunging forward toward her, he grabbed onto her hand, taking it into his own. Her hands seem normal sized... Locking eyes with her, he suddenly looked serious, "Are you ready?" Without another word to her they were gone in an instant again, this time much higher above the pool, about equal with the diving board. "CANON BALL!" He shouted, as they plunged back down with another gigantic splash. The difference this time, is he didn't let go of her hand. Instead he interlocked his fingers with hers and pulled her back up to the surface with him.

No webbed fingers either. Tsk... Finally letting her hand go, he gave her another grin and splashed water toward her lightly. Maybe if he taunted her into doing it again he could figure it out. "Gonna tell me yet? I can be pretty persuasive, I know." He remarked rather confidently.

Kristina just smiled over at him, "Why not? I like a good challenge." She found herself watching him as he circled her, though there was a small amount of time when he was completely behind her that she wasn't able to see him before he went around her again and again. "I should do it again then." She was about to splash him but he had taken her hand and she stopped before allowing any water to get him. She laughed, "Of course I'm ready." She answered him, though she didn't expect them to be much higher than they had been before. So she had his hand in hers mostly for comfort even though she wasn't squeezing the life out of it as they went back into the water.

With her fingers in an interlock with his, she came up for air and used her free hand to brush her hair out of her face. He let go of her hand and splashed water towards her. As I thought, he is trying to figure out how I was doing that.... She laughed when he asked if she was going to tell him yet. "Maybe if you go higher..." She teased, clearly daring him to take them higher before they go down again. She splashed him, but it was the normal splash, making one wonder if she had made much effort in causing it to move after all. "Unless you have given up how I'm able to splash you as I was..." Yes she knew about it, she'd likely show him, but only if he took her dare.

"Come on now. You do my dare, I'll show you my reason for being here." She finally would tell him why she had the pool area locked. Though she wouldn't be using much effort unless they were out of the pool, seeing as that was her biggest reason for having it locked in the first place. To avoid others getting hurt while she practiced her water element.

Skailor laughed in return as she mentioned that if he went higher she might be more interested in answering his questions. Then she taunted him by asking if he had given up learning how she splashed him. So, she knew exactly what he was trying to figure out, and what's more, she confirmed there was something even worth finding out. She did have a secret to how exactly she was splashing him in such a way. Well then, he would definitely have to keep up his investigation about it.

With a smirk at her offer of completing her dare, in exchange for learning her secret he gave a single nod. Of course that was something he could definitely do. "You sure you won't be afraid?" Skai mentioned, knowing well that the answer was of course not. It wasn't like he was going to pop them into the sky and free fall all the way back to the ground or anything like that. It was simply the same as jumping into a pool from a high dive. Only he planned to go even higher than that. It was just lucky that the school had a very deep pool.

Reaching out, he pulled her toward him again. He took in a breath and zip! They were gone out of the water. In fact it was quite the opposite, a breeze hit them gently as they seemed to be on the roof of the gym. With a grin he remarked, "Ah crap... Guess I over shot." Giving her a playful wink, they were off again, this time reappearing in the proper area... The space above the pool. They were a few feet higher than the highest diving board in the pool. Gravity did what it did best and pulled them down toward the water, the splash they made this time was much bigger than any splash they had made before, mostly because of the height they fell from.

This time it took him a bit longer to resurface only because they had fallen much deeper into the water, almost to the bottom of the pool. Wiping the hair from his face he laughed, "That was pretty awesome. I need to try that over the ocean sometime..." He thought outloud, deciding the ocean was the only place with water deep enough to attempt doing that from any higher. He didn't want to knock his head on the bottom of the pool or break any bones or anything like that, just have some fun. Wiping water from his face to prevent it from going into his eyes, he looked to Kris. "How was that for doing your dare?" He gave a toothy grin as he was quite expectant of her to tell him how the hell she was splashing him so much. Obviously the man hand theory and webbed finger theory was out the window.

Kristina saw his smirk and the nod he gave proved he would take them higher. Of course she would be afraid but that was the best part of the thrill of it all. He reached out and pulled her towards him again and they were out of the water. They were on the roof and she laughed when he said he over shot it. They teleported back in the poll area before falling into the water. As they came back up for air she whipped the water from her face and laughed. This was the most fun she had in a long while. "Be sure to let me know when, I would love to see you do that...." She figured his words hadn't invited her but she could still watch him to it because why not.

When he looked at her he asked how that was for her dare, "Very good." She answered, lifting her hands in the air she showed him her hands before placing it back in the water. She made the water move around them, she lifted her hands out of the water, still able to make the water move even though she wasn't touching it. "We shouldn't be in the water..." She answered as she swam to the edge and climbed out. When Skailor got out of the water she made it move to the side, before allowing it to settle back down. "I was in here practicing my water element." She explained, "A very good reason to have the door locked."

She wasn't a student but she was still grateful the school let her practice in here, perhaps they felt it was safer than her going somewhere else to practice. She wasn't done, placing her hands somewhat close she formed a water ball in her hand before holding her hand out for him to see it. Yes, I could have created a water ball and thrown it at you but I chose to cause the water to help me splash you for more fun.... She turned her hand over and dropped it in the pool. "I bet you didn't see that one coming." She answered as she grabbed her cell phone to see it was ruined, her wallet only needed the cards replaced since she didn't have any cash in it.

She set it farther away from the edge, tempted to get back in the water since her clothes were starting to stick to her small frame. He was in swimming clothes, she still had on her normal clothes. "It's been a while since I got wet wearing my clothes...." She normally practiced without getting wet but this was the most she had in a while. "It was fun." Though being in a swim suit meant her tattoo would be visible for anybody to see on her back.

Skailor nodded his head when she mentioned wanting to watch him attempt the ultimate cannon ball. Well he hadn't called it that out loud, but he decided that was going to be what it was named. He was actually pretty surprised that she even wanted to watch. I mean he had sort of just been thinking out loud, but hey if she was game to tag along while he tried it, he wasn't going to deny her. I mean, it wasn't like he could actual stop her anyway. He was going to have to do it at the beach and I mean, he didn't own the beach or anything.

That was a thought for later though, right now he was stoked that he finally earned the right to learn how she did those huge splashes of water. As she stuck her hands in the water he watched curiously. He had already ruled out man hands and webbed fingers so he was curious to see what exactly she pulled out of her hat. As the water moved, he kept his eyes on her, then she pulled her hands out of the water to reveal that she could in fact still move it. So that's how it was. That was her ability. Though he was in aw, he followed instructions and swam to the edge before pulling himself out of the pool and standing next to her.

She continued to show him what she could do, and really it was all impressive. She mentioned having locked the door so that she could practice, which was a good reason. But he jokingly pumped his fists in the air at the fact that he finally got the answer he had been seeking this whole time. When she made the water ball in her hand, he did everything he could to resist the urge to poke it. He didn't want to disturb it, thinking it would be like a bubble, even though he was certain that was probably not the case. "Woah, that's so cool."

He had barely gotten the words out before he noticed her going over to her stuff. Right he threw her in the pool with her stuff. "I can replace that for you." He motioned for her phone as he offered to replace it. She didn't seem too worried about it though as she started talking about having fun and going swimming. She also mentioned her clothes being wet, which naturally made Skai give her an up and down look. She was a small girl, someone his sister would love to stick in her clothes, though Kris was taller. "I can take you to get a swimsuit if you wanted to stay for a swim." He offered. He wouldn't be able to get her directly into her room since he had never been there and he was sure she didn't know the exact coordinates to it. But he could get get closer quickly if she wanted to change. Or who knows maybe she already had a suit since she did come to the pool.

She was glad that he didn't turn her down on the whole getting to watch him jump in the ocean from such a height. She smiled when he pumped his fists in the air after he got the answer he was looking for the whole time. "If you had stuck your finger through it, it would be the same as going in the water from the pool." She answered with a smile before she had dropped it into the water. When she was holding her phone and wallet she heard him say that he could replace it for her. "No, it is alright, I have it taken care of already." She explained after setting it back down on the ground. She just didn't care to get it anymore wet than it already was current.

When she mentioned the closes being wet she was caught off guard by his sudden offer. "Oh I have one.... I bought it the other day, I just forgot to bring it.... well I normally don't get wet." She rubbed her arms as if trying to get warm. "I'll just remember to bring it next time." He would also notice she didn't seem to have any towel laying around. "Besides, wearing a swim means I will get suck showing skin. I'm not sure if anybody should have that role but you." She joked, seeing as he still didn't have his shirt on. It must have been because it got wet one to many times, it didn't matter though.

"Speaking of which." She noticed he was becoming dry from being out of the pool, "I think I should give you a present...." There was a smile on her fast as she moved her wrist around, allowing the water to move before it splashed them both. If he saw it coming he would be able to teleport out if he wanted, but she didn't mind getting herself wet from the pool water. She laughed after brushing her hair out of her face again. It was so much fun having water as her element, it was also fun that he was here. "Today was much more fun than the other day.... still couldn't believe your face expression when I gave it to you."

She was smiling though when she said that. Another sigh, deep down she missing being able to fall from such a height. Oh well, she figured he would have offered if he was going to have another go. She almost wished he had offered to take her to the ocean with him so that she could join him, but that wouldn't likely happen.

When Kris had mentioned what would happen if Skai had touched the water bubble, he wondered if reading minds was another one of her powers. Or maybe his facial expression when he was looking at the water ball had given what he had been thinking away. Raeyhn often teased him that he was easily readable and quite predictable. Then again she probably thought that because she was his sister.


Kristina had also denied him replacing her phone mentioning that she has it taken care of already. Skailor felt relieved mostly because he didn't want to have to deal with the pain of replacing a phone - it was usually such a hassle - but he felt a bit conflicted. He knew once Raeyhn caught wind of this she would scold him and most certainly make Skai buy Kris something anyway. He'd have to be prepared to deal with that later then. His sister always found stuff out, you would think that was her super power.


At the mention of the swimming situation, Skailor nodded in understanding. She hadn't been expecting to get wet today so of course she didn't bring a swimsuit. Even though she had the intention of coming to the pool, her power revolved around controlling water, so it was understandable that she could expect to come and stay dry. When she mentioned having to show more skin if she wore a swimsuit Skailor laughed, "You're right! And eye for an eye they say, right? Or in this case, bare skin for bare skin?" Leaning down he picked up his shirt and towel, holding them up for display, "We're on even grounds though... My stuff is soaked from my earlier unexpected dip. Thankfully, I had decided to leave my phone and stuff at home." He laughed a bit more, before also picking up the glasses he had been wearing. Those were dry since they were merely plastic, they were covered in chlorinated water spots though, so he'd have to clean them later. For now he wrapped them in his shirt and put them on the side.

At the mention of a present he perked up, but he soon began to realize what exactly Kris was doing. An attempt to teleport happened, but about a split second too late. Skai had gotten wet anyway, shaking his head and laughing. "I almost escaped." He mentioned ruffling his hair, sending water droplets flying out of it. When she mentioned the other day, he couldn't help but nod in agreement, "Yeah... Well... My sister always give me the same look, I swear. Well, at least when she's mad at me she does." He shook his head at the thought. She just knew how to make you feel her disappointment. It was worse than their father's disappointed face.

"So for someone who bends water..." He started before jerking a thumb toward the water, "You swim? Or dive? I mean obviously you can't be as good a diver as I am...." he jokingly teased her with a smirk. Naturally the only reason he was so good at it was because he could dive higher than anyone else... By cheating. Well in a fun situation like this it wasn't cheating, but if he had been a competitive diver or something, he totally would be disqualified. Not to mention he didn't have any real form to his method.

Kristina had guessed from his face expression, though when they were talking about replacing stuff she didn't think anything of it. As far as she was aware, problem was solved. She laughed nodding her head to his comment. "That is right." She agreed as he picked up his stuff to show her. "Yeah my phone tells time so I needed it around.... I suppose I didn't need to keep it in my pocket though. Bad habits die hard." She didn't care it was damaged because it was easily enough to replace. Getting a new card would be more of the headache but even that wouldn't be hard for her. She looked at his glasses and noticed the spots all along the edges.

Hopefully he can see me just fine without them else that would suck.... When she gave him his present, she got wet completely, he had teleported after getting wet himself. "Looks like I win." She joked as he confessed to almost escaping. He was ruffling his hair once more. It was fun for her to watch. She laughed about the face expression. "One normally gives an angry expression but she gives that one.... well I couldn't say that I wasn't slightly mad even though I was sad at the same time." It wasn't something she cared to really continue speaking on though.

His question pulled her from her thoughts, she found herself laughing at the question. "I do swim.... I'm very active when it comes to swimming, though never in this type of outfit." She confessed, before adding, "I dive too. Never as high as you though. It was the most fun I've had in ages."
