The Chaser Academy does offer dorms for students who need a place to stay. The dorms are two separate buildings, one building before for female students and the other being for male students. The two buildings are the same size and have the same expanse of dorm rooms for the students. All the dorms can hold about two people with still plenty of room to move around.

Chaser Academy's classrooms teach the gifted about being a Chaser. Most of the classrooms are committed to teaching their students about Darkness and how to combat it, but some classrooms are committed to teaching students the basics. These basics may include history, math, and many other basic subjects. The professors at the academy vary from being gifted to being not gifted. Most professors are gifted to relate to the students they are teaching.

The gymnasium is one of Chaser Academy's amazing wonders. It contains obstacle courses, tracks and even a small swimming pool. There are also exercise machines that help make students stronger, faster or even raise their stamina. In one section of the gymnasium are a bunch of training dummies of various types to help kids practice aiming and even attacks. Most students get to spar with their professors or other students for the sake of not having to replace to many training dummies. On one section of the gymnasium is a small battle field meant for sparing and sometimes teaching certain Chaser Students on how to use weapons.
