It isn't really hard to gain Kujo's friendship, just support and trust her the same way she supports and trusts you, no matter you age, ideology or alignment. She has a varied amount of activities, and in her free time she'll be walking around the city either alone or with her beloved little sister. Finding her at the Academy is kind of easy, being almost always in the gym using her power, and since it consists about summoning guns, then the sound of shots is easy to notice.
Enemies
Kujo would rather not have enemies, but she knows some things are just impossible and not every person in the world is her friend. To gain her contempt you have to hurt physically, mentally or emotionally any of the people she considers friends or family. She doesn't tolerate being in the same room with people she hates, and of course she'll hate having to talk or interact with them in some way. Let's just say that if you gained a place in the list of people she hates, you need a miracle to be erased from there. Rivals don't exist for her, being either enemies or neutral people.
Romantic
Kujo is demisexual, so if you want to be her crush you have to form a very strong friendship with her before taking the first step. Otherwise, it's completely impossible to be her lover. She is almost unexperienced in love because of this aspect, but she doesn't mind because of the same reason. Gaining her love will probably include loyalty, kindness and bravery at it's best.
