One will notice that she has a hard time getting close to others, her reason is because she is scared that she will lose them and she doesn't want to go through that again. She loves reading, mostly novels because she hates going to school. It used to be fun until her family was killed, now she has other things on her mind other than a good education. She has a hard time putting faith in other people, mostly because this world is cruel and she doesn't want to find herself attached to them. Absorb: She has some control over this power, but has a hard time deciding when it is safe to stop absorbing the emotions. Phasing: She has some control over this power, still trying to avoid falling through floors. usage oo Empathy: She is able to feel the emotions of those around her, she is also able to encourage others to change their current emotions. For one to feel her emotions she must make physical contact with them. Absorb: She is able to draw out the emotions of others, mostly negative but she could absorb that of positive emotions too. This is done through physical contact. Next came the twins, Mason and Aiden. A few years after that her little sister was born. Life was great, she helped her mother around the house while her father worked. Life was great until they found out about the Darkness. That was when her fear of such things started. Her father never came home from work but somebody had to leave and bring food back in for the family. Her mother was next to be killed, most likely on her walk back home. It was now just her twin brothers and baby sister. She had to take care of them, had to get them food somehow. Her only option was to get a job so that she could take care of them. They lost the house because they couldn't afford it. She was lucky they didn't take notice four children needing to be placed in foster homes, likely to be split up forever. Though that option would have been better than the one she got, if she could go back in time she would have let the system take them, they might still be alive if she had. They were living an on abandoned apartment, she had gone to her job and had come back to hear the screaming. The Darkness, they were attacking the last of her sibling, she could see on the ground her twin brothers were dead. Her screaming had caught the attention of some Chasers, who killed the Darkness and tried saving her little sister, but it was to late, the damage was already done and her sister was dead. She was placed into foster care, but she didn't get along with them. She wouldn't talk, wouldn't become friends with them. In the end she climbed out the window and ran away.
