Plot
Friends? Despite his cold and mysterious appearance, Viktor is quite a caring and friendly man. He enjoys helping others learn and is open to teach/mentor. If you are into exercise, he also likes running (it's an active mediation for him). More importantly, if you take pleasure in devouring chocolate, considering him a binge-buddy (it's his guilty pleasure)!
Enemies? While The Darkness and Oscura are his primary enemies, Viktor has a strong sense of justice and will defend those who cannot help themselves. Cruelty for the sake of cruelty maddens him to no end. Be ware evil-doers. Viktor is not a force you would like to reckon with...
Lovers? It's not the foremost thought on Viktor's mind. He is duty-bound and has many responsibilities around campus, let alone the missions he undertakes. He does not have time for romantic flings.
Other? If you can think of any other reason to thread, I am open to suggestions!

MAX && VICTOR

Despite the age difference I could see these two getting along fabulously. Max loves running so they might be out running and start talking to each other. I could also see them bumping into each other at the Chaser Headquarters and him maybe being a little confused or interested in why Max is so young. I think these two could be really good friends. Max might even try to learn how to use his power as effectively as him. He could maybe be like a mentor to them even though they are already a full Chaser.
What are you're thoughts on these two? I'm pretty much open for anything between these two, I think they would have an interesting dynamic.

I feel like they must have tension when they first meet because I only picture him running into her when she is doing something he doesn't approve of. Like her brother Garrett gets picked on and she beats the crap out of the person who did it..... He would walk in just seeing her beating the crap out of this poor boy and not see the whole story. Or when she gets her water element she is going to have Fritz as her mentor because he will reach that stage before she gets her powers.... and Viktor will feel a need to keep his eyes on her to make sure she stays out of fights? Mostly to protects others from her because she is really good at combat.
