Hello former members of Chasing Darkness! While it has been years since CD has been shut down, the staff and I finally made the decision to create a newer and updated version of the beloved plot. This has been accomplished in a fantasy setting, allowing members to play various supernatural creatures. The site in question has been running for a year now and the staff and I have no plans on shutting it down anytime soon! Gifted still exist on the site alongside chasers (now called hunters) so if you are interested in a sprinkling of something new for CD, you can find us on The Duality of Man.

This thread will no longer be an announcement in a week, and is just for some small changes to how apprenticeship will be working.

Hello, Members! This is just a brief announcement about a change in apprenticeship post counts for Chasers. So I spoke with my fellow staff and it was agreed that these post counts were a little high. Basically classroom time has been shrunk, and changed to 50 posts rather than 100, since it would be faster and allow more people to mentor apprentices. Mentor time will remain the same at 100 posts, solely because 2 hunting threads and a quick assessment would take up a decent amount of posts. That's all, thanks for reading.
